Counseling for Professionals & High-Achievers

The Successful, Capable, But Quietly Exhausted — We See You.
There was a time you thought that when you reached success — the title, the income, the achievement — that life should get easier.
At Nurture and Be, you can walk in with the weight of the world and put it down. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to start. You’ll always be met with warmth, understanding, collaboration, and confidentiality you need for healing.

Care For Professionals At All Levels
Mental health struggles are often stigmatized, but our therapy room is a safe place to process burnout and life’s challenges without fear of judgment or professional repercussions. We provide confidential, comprehensive care that understands the stakes of your career.
Therapy For Aviation Professionals
We understand the specific needs of pilots, air traffic controllers, and aviation industry professionals and are located close to major aviation hubs — for easy access to confidential care when and how you need it.
Corporate Executives & Leaders
Leadership often leaves little space to process the personal impact of responsibility and decision-making. Therapy offers a confidential place to reflect, recalibrate, and stay grounded while leading others.
Healthcare Professionals
Working in care-focused roles requires constant presence for others. Therapy offers a place where you are supported, heard, and given space to process what the work asks of you.
Entrepreneurs & Business Owners
Building something meaningful can quietly demand more than most people see. Therapy creates room to slow down, gain perspective, and tend to the person behind the business.
Legal & Financial Professionals
Precision, performance, and accountability shape these careers. Therapy helps create balance, clarity, and emotional steadiness within demanding professional environments.
Technology & Creative Professionals
Rapid change and innovation often leave little room to pause. Therapy provides grounding and perspective amid evolving roles, expectations, and identities.
Professionals in Transition
Periods of career change invite reflection, uncertainty, and redefinition. Therapy supports you in making sense of what’s shifting and choosing what comes next with intention.

What Therapy Looks Like for Professionals
Therapy delivers clarity and guidance. It isn’t fixing something broken — it’s space to process stress in a healthy way and gain perspective.

You Don't Have to Repeat Your Story
We deliver relationship-centered care that treats the whole person, not just their symptoms. We desire to help you create a village of support — a circle of care that exists to make life lighter and healing more connected. Here are some ways we can coordinate your care.
Therapy + Medication Management
For those who need psychiatric support, our psychiatric nurse practitioner can provide thoughtful medication management for concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, or sleep disruption.
Care is confidential and coordinated with your therapist, with attention to side effects and how treatment may impact work performance and daily functioning.
Therapy + Couples Counseling
Many professionals find that individual therapy alone isn’t enough when career demands strain their closest relationships.
Combining individual and couples counseling creates space to process work stress personally while also strengthening communication, understanding, and alignment with your partner.
Therapy + Career Coaching
While we’re therapists—not career coaches—we help clients navigate the emotional and mental health side of career decisions.
This includes addressing stress, burnout, self-doubt, and identity shifts, and coordinating with career or executive coaches when part of your support system.
Coordination with Other Providers
With your permission, we can collaborate with other professionals involved in your care, including executive coaches, medical providers, EAP programs, and corporate wellness resources.
For aviation professionals, we can also coordinate appropriately with aviation medical examiners, ensuring care feels integrated and well-supported.
Your Privacy Is Always Protected

We understand that for professionals, confidentiality isn't just about comfort—it can impact your career, reputation, and livelihood.

What confidentiality means at Nurture & Be:
- HIPAA-compliant care with secure systems
- No diagnosis sharing without your explicit consent
- Discreet billing and virtual options for complete privacy
- Professional setting
Common Questions from Professionals
No. Seeking therapy is protected health information. Simply attending therapy does not get reported to employers, licensing boards, or the FAA unless you're an imminent danger to yourself or others (rare and clearly discussed).
We bill as mental health services or counseling services. Specific details are not disclosed. We can discuss additional discretion options during your consultation.
Absolutely. Many professionals prefer virtual for scheduling flexibility and privacy. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy throughout Georgia and Florida.
Yes. We offer early morning and evening appointments to accommodate professional schedules.
Absolutely. Many high-performers use therapy as a form of mental fitness—optimizing performance, gaining perspective, and preventing burnout before it happens.
Attending therapy does NOT automatically require reporting. Certain diagnoses or medications may require reporting, but many professionals successfully manage mental health care with their career. We can discuss these nuances confidentially.
Most therapy services are out-of-network, but we provide superbills for reimbursement. Medication management accepts some in-network insurance. This can actually provide MORE privacy than using in-network benefits. Some providers accept insurance. Contact our office for more details.
We're flexible. Some clients come weekly during high-stress periods and less frequently when stable. Others do bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. We adapt to your needs.
We understand. While we have a cancellation policy, we work with you on scheduling challenges. Virtual sessions can also reduce cancellations.
Executive coaching focuses on professional development and performance. Therapy addresses mental health, emotional wellbeing, and clinical conditions (anxiety, depression, trauma). Many professionals benefit from both.
