What This Podcast Is About
The Nurture & Be Podcast was born from the same place as our therapy practice—a deep belief that when you support mothers, you heal families. But we don't just talk about motherhood. We explore all the things that affect our mental health and wellbeing: relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, purpose, and what it means to take care of ourselves while caring for others.
Hosted by Brooke Ferreira, LMFT
Brooke is a licensed therapist, founder of Nurture and Be Therapy Services, and a mom who gets it. She started this practice when she was nine months pregnant and has been navigating the intersection of motherhood, mental health, and professional life ever since. On the podcast, she brings her clinical expertise, personal experience, professional perspective, and genuine curiosity to every conversation.
