ABOUT THE PODCAST

What This Podcast Is About

The Nurture & Be Podcast was born from the same place as our therapy practice—a deep belief that when you support mothers, you heal families. But we don't just talk about motherhood. We explore all the things that affect our mental health and wellbeing: relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, purpose, and what it means to take care of ourselves while caring for others.

Listener Reviews

Nurture and Be has become essential listening for me. I love how they tackle both everyday challenges and deeper therapeutic themes with equal care and thoughtfulness.

James Silverhand

I stumbled across Nurture and Be while searching for resources on managing anxiety, and I'm so glad I did. The episodes are the perfect length—not too long that I zone out, but substantial enough to really explore topics in depth.

This podcast has been a game-changer for me during a really challenging year. The compassionate approach of the hosts makes me feel less alone in my struggles.

Jeremy Riddle

As a therapist myself, I'm always curious how colleagues communicate mental health topics to broader audiences. Nurture and Be does this beautifully.

Rihanna Smith

I've been listening to Nurture and Be for about three months now, and it's become part of my weekly self-care routine. The hosts have this wonderful way of breaking down complex therapeutic concepts into digestible, relatable conversations.
