MEET YOUR THERAPY TEAM

Therapy That Actually Feels Like Care.

OUR APPROACH

A Team Built on Collaboration

We believe in the power of the Circle of Care—a collaborative approach where your therapy team works together to provide comprehensive support.

Whether you're seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, or family support, our team is here to help. Our team is made up of therapists, psychiatric providers, collaborating providers, and clinical interns who share a commitment to thoughtful, relational care and transformative results for our clients.

Our therapists strive to make each session feel like community, like exhaling, like coming home to yourself and finding your people.

Here, your therapist knows you by name, they see your full story, they support your village — because when care connects, healing multiplies.

WHY NURTURE & BE

What Makes Our Team Different

Specialized Expertise

Each therapist brings specialized training in specific areas, from EMDR and trauma work to couples therapy and maternal mental health. This allows us to match you with a provider for your unique needs.

Collaborative Care

Our therapists regularly consult with each other and, with your permission, coordinate with other providers in your care network. You never have to repeat your story between providers.

Evidence-Based Approaches

We use proven therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches tailored to your specific situation.

Warm, Accessible Support

We prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow into a healthy life. No clinical jargon—just real, authentic, and compassionate care.

Medication Management and Providers and Psychiatry

Medication management is the process of evaluating, prescribing, and monitoring psychiatric medications to help support your mental health.

Our providers work closely with you—and with your permission, alongside your therapist—to find the right medication and dosage for your unique needs.

PROVIDERS

Medication Management & Psychiatry

Medication management is about thoughtful, personalized support—not quick fixes. It’s a collaborative process where we take time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, then carefully explore whether medication could help you feel more like yourself again.
