Shania Richards
Associate Professional Counselor
Shania works with children and young adults navigating anxiety, autism, and life transitions.
Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, worrying about school, friendships, or the future. Maybe you feel like no one really gets you, or you're just exhausted from trying to keep it all together. Whether it's anxiety, stress, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Bring all your "stuff"—the overthinking, the stress, the self-doubt—and we'll sort through it together. Our sessions are a space where you can be real about what you're going through. We'll talk through what's been weighing on you, figure out what's underneath it, and build strategies that actually help. We'll even role-play tough conversations or situations so you can go into them feeling more confident and in control.
You deserve to feel understood and supported. By the time we're done, you'll have a solid toolbox of coping skills, better ways to handle stress, and a deeper understanding of yourself. No pressure, no judgment—just a space where you can show up as you and figure things out at your own pace.
