Jessica McElroy
Master's Level Intern and Site Manager
Jessica helps adults process grief, overwhelm, and life transitions in a grounded, supportive space.
Life has a way of being both beautiful and brutally heavy at the same time. You’re moving through responsibilities, relationships, expectations, and the weight of past and present grief, all while trying to make sense of who you are becoming. It’s exhausting to carry so much while still trying to show up in the world like everything is fine. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of where to even begin, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My own life experiences forced me to stop running from my pain and finally turn toward it. Sitting with grief—letting it be loud, messy, and honest—reshaped everything for me. I learned that avoiding your emotions doesn’t make them disappear; it just buries them deeper. But when you allow yourself to feel fully, you make room for joy to return in ways you didn’t think were possible. I understand what it’s like to lose parts of yourself you thought were permanent, and I also know the quiet, surprising ways you begin to rebuild a life that feels real and aligned.
When we work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure to “be better” before you’re ready. We’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, make sense of the emotions you’ve been holding, and gently reconnect you to the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence. My goal is to help you feel supported as you untangle what hurts, honor what you’ve survived, and step into a version of your life that actually feels like yours—not perfect, but grounded, intentional, and true to who you are becoming.
