How does the annual retainer model work?

Companies pay a predictable annual retainer that covers a customized mix of therapy access, workshops, leadership support, and resource coordination. This allows employees to use services without financial barriers and gives organizations consistent, proactive mental health support throughout the year.

How do you protect employee confidentiality?

Employee confidentiality is a top priority and follows all HIPAA and ethical guidelines. Employers never receive individual names, diagnoses, or session details. All care remains private between the employee and clinician.

Can employees continue therapy beyond the partnership services if they’d like?

Yes. Employees who wish to continue care beyond what is included in the partnership can do so directly with Nurture and Be, ensuring continuity of care.

What types of concerns do employees typically bring?

Common concerns include stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, caregiving stress, grief, life transitions, and workplace conflict. We also support employees navigating leadership pressure and performance-related stress.

What types of companies are a good fit for this partnership?

Our corporate wellness counseling services work well for organizations of all sizes that care about culture, retention, and employee wellbeing. We often partner with companies experiencing burnout, high stress, turnover, or disengagement and looking for a more effective alternative or complement to traditional EAPs.

Is this meant to replace our current EAP or complement it?

It can be either. Some organizations replace their traditional EAP with our partnership model, while others use Nurture and Be as a supplemental layer of workplace mental health support for deeper, more personalized care.

Who provides the therapy and wellness services?

All services are provided by licensed mental health professionals within the Nurture and Be team, including therapists and psychiatric providers when medication support is appropriate.

How do employees access services?

Employees can self-refer or be referred by a manager or HR partner. Intake is handled directly by our local clinical team, and appointments are typically scheduled within 48 hours. Care can be in-person in Peachtree City or virtual across Georgia and Florida.

Can managers consult with your team?

Yes. The partnership includes designated consulting hours for HR leaders and managers. These conversations may include guidance on navigating difficult employee situations, supporting team members in distress, or responding appropriately to behavioral concerns.
