Sara Dover
Medication Management
Sara integrates clinical medicine and exercise science to provide evidence-based mental health care through movement.
Sara Dover is a Psychiatric Physician Associate and Exercise Physiologist with advanced training in mental health care and health behavior change. She provides medication management for adults who want to feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment — not rushed through it.
Many clients come to Sara feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to describe what they’re experiencing, or frustrated by past care that didn’t feel collaborative. Sara takes a thoughtful, comprehensive approach, creating space to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and understand the full picture of what’s going on.
She believes effective psychiatric care should align with a client’s values and lived experience. When appropriate, Sara integrates lifestyle medicine — including movement and exercise — alongside medication management to support long-term wellbeing.
