Alicia Wilson
Master's Level Intern
Alicia supports children, teens, and adults as they navigate a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. As a clinical intern, she brings curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach while continuing to grow her experience across different areas of care.
Many people find themselves carrying patterns that feel hard to change—anxiety that makes it difficult to feel grounded, relationship challenges, life transitions, family stress, or emotions that feel overwhelming. Others may simply feel stuck and want a space to better understand themselves and move forward with greater confidence.
In therapy with me, you'll have a supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll explore emotional patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen communication, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth. I believe people don't need to be "fixed." They need support, insight, and a safe space to develop the tools and confidence to create positive change.
